With a degree in psychology and 16 years of management experience, she has developed an eye for spotting potential problems and finding workable solutions long before they become obstacles. Skilled in developing systems and workflows, Patricia is a dedicated problem solver who puts the needs of others first — whether she's supporting her team behind the scenes or guiding a client through one of the biggest transactions of their life.
